KRIMHILD HACKMANN, APPELLANT,
v.
BARBARA T. HYLAND, DIANE R. BESKIND, JAMES WARREN THOMAS, JR., AND THE ESTATE OF JAMES WARREN THOMAS, APPELLEES

Fla. 3d DCA | 1985-03-05
No. 84-1718
Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BASKIN and JORGENSON, JJ.
464 So. 2d 250 Florida District Court of Appeal, Third District (1985)

Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the amended final judgment which refused to grant reformation of deed upon a holding that the unrebutted and uncontroverted evidence establishes appellant Hackmann’s entitlement to the property in question. See Moring v. Levy, 452 So. 2d 1069 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984).

Reversed.
