Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.

PER CURIAM.

Upon a complaint by The Florida Bar this Court appointed a referee to conduct a hearing regarding Laing’s alleged misconduct. Laing tendered a conditional guilty plea for consent judgment,* acknowledging his violation of Florida Bar Integration Rule, article XI, Rules 11.02(3)(a) and (b), and Florida Bar Code of Professional Responsibility, Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(6), 2-106(A) and (C), and 6-101(A)(2) and (3). The referee recommended that Laing be found guilty in accordance with his condi tional plea and that he be suspended from the practice of law for a period of sixty (60) days, with automatic reinstatement.

Neither side contests the referee’s report which we hereby adopt. R. Scott Laing is hereby suspended from the practice of law for a period of sixty (60) days, effective thirty (30) days from the filing of this opinion, with automatic reinstatement.

Judgment for costs in the amount of $2,622.69 is hereby entered against respondent, for which sum let execution issue.
