Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.

PER CURIAM.

We cite, with approval, the language of Smith v. Markowitz, 486 So. 2d 11 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1986), rev. denied, 494 So. 2d 1153 (Fla.1986), and affirm this cause upon the authority of that case. Policemen, while discharging their duties, are subject to the Firemen’s Rule. True, there are exceptions to that rule, but none of them are present in the case at bar. AFFIRMED.

HERSEY, C.J., and LETTS and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
