Opinion of the Court

Upon consideration of appellant’s motion to clarify order of voluntary dismissal, it is ordered that this Court’s order of July 16, 1987, 509 So. 2d 936, voluntarily dismissing appeal 87-80 is vacated and the appeal is hereby reinstated. The above styled appeal 87-748 is voluntarily dismissed. Brief of appellant in case number 87-80 shall be due to be filed within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
