(4) The March 18, 2021, email is the operative settlement agreement in effect between the parties and constitutes a binding contract to which both parties shall adhere. Hanna, Jr.’s claims against the Armor Defendants is fair and reasonable, and was in Darryl V. Hanna, Jr.’s best interest.
