PER CURIAM. Christina Paylan, M.D., challenges a nonfinal injunctive sanction order finding her to be a vexatious litigant and subject to prefiling requirements for future actions. We treat the notice of appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari, see Fla. R. App. P. 9.040(c) ("If a party seeks an improper remedy, the cause shall be treated as if the proper remedy had been sought . . . ."); Harris v. Gattie, 263 So. 3d 829, 830 (Fla. 2d
