The petition shall be filed in the same probate file as the original administration”); Mathis v. Estate of Mathis, 178 So. 3d 919 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015) (applying abuse of discretion standard in reviewing probate court’s order on motion for subsequent administration pursuant to rule 5.460).
