State, 961 So. 2d 1063, 1064 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007) (recognizing that information given by a student to a school principal indicating the student’s personal knowledge that another student is engaged in illegal conduct “is widely regarded as itself providing the reasonable suspicion necessary to meet [the] constitutional test [set forth in New Jersey v. T.L.O., 469 U.S. 325 (1985)]”).
