PER CURIAM.
In accordance with the supreme court opinion in Jaye v. Royal Saxon, Inc., 609 So. 2d 20 (Fla.1992), quashing the prior opinion of this court, the summary judgment for the defendant is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.
