We affirm the trial court’s judgment revoking Carolyn Klepaezyk’s probation and the sentence the court imposed. We remand, however, for entry of a revocation order listing the specific conditions of probation that she violated. See Lundy v. State, 736 So. 2d 159 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999); Batten v. State, 589 So. 2d 1030 (Fla. 2d DCA 1991).
