Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.
Juan B. Lusunariz challenges the circuit court’s denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus to review the Department of Corrections forfeiture of gain time upon a finding that Lusunariz violated a rule against possession of narcotics. We deny the petition on the ground that Lusunariz has not demonstrated that the circuit court departed from the essential requirements of law.
