Hyundai Motor Co. v. Ferayorni, 876 So. 2d 680 (Fla. 4th DCA 2004)…gment, which the court entered on November 11, 1999. The trial court then entered a remittitur of $3 million. The plaintiff did not accept the remittitur and appealed from an order granting a new trial on damages. In Hyundai Motor Co. v.
