Concerning the revocation, the relevant facts commence with Mr. Durie’s filing of a motion for postconviction relief from his conviction for grand theft. The trial court denied the motion, and Mr. Durie appealed the denial. See Durie v. State, 799 So. 2d 1081 (Fla. 5th DCA 2001).
