The affirmance is without prejudice to him refiling with the trial court, within thirty (30) days after the date of this opinion, his motion for post-conviction relief in compliance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.987. Lawson v. State, 754 So. 2d 86 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000).
