Meintzer v. State, 943 So. 2d 966 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006)…ggravated battery. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of aggravated battery and was sentenced on April 2, 2003, to eight years incarceration followed by five years probation. His judgment and sentence were affirmed on appeal. Meintzer v. State, 865 So. 2d 659 (Fla. 5th DCA 2004).
