DISMISSED as moot. See Haynes v. State, 621 So. 2d 680 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993) (holding that an appeal of an order challenging the denial of gain time upon resentencing for violation of probation is mooted by the release of the inmate from prison and properly dismissed).
