Brevard Land Materials, Inc., appeals a non-final order granting a temporary injunction in favor of Boruch-David, LLC. The trial court’s order is well within its broad equitable powers and, in substance, merely modifies an earlier entered temporary injunction. We find no error and affirm.

AFFIRMED.
