Opinion of the Court

SIXTH DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL

STATE OF FLORIDA

Case No. 6D2025-2701 Lower Tribunal No. 2023-DR-001215

JOHN PHILIP WILCOXON, Appellant,

V.

TINA MARIE WILCOXON, Appellee.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Highlands County. Angela J. Cowden, Judge.

November 6, 2026

PER CURIAM.

Appellant John Philip Wilcoxon appeals a final judgment of dissolution of marriage, which we affirm in full without comment. Also in this appeal, Appellant attempts to raise an untimely challenge to an injunction entered in a separate case, which he did not previously appeal. We dismiss his challenge of the injunction order for lack of jurisdiction. See § 59.081(2), Fla. Stat. (2025) (“Failure to invoke the jurisdiction of any such court within the time prescribed by such rules shall divest such court of jurisdiction to review such cause.").

AFFIRMED in part; DISMISSED in part.

WOZNIAK, SMITH and BROWNLEE, JJ., concur.

John Philip Wilcoxon, Lake Placid, pro se.

Tina Marie Wilcoxon, Lake Placid, pro se.
