Certiorari is granted. The order of the respondent refusing to issue to the petitioner a pest control operator’s certificate in the category of lawn and ornamental pest control pursuant to F.S.A. § 482.221 is quashed. The cause is remanded to the respondent with directions to reconsider petitioner’s application according to the provisions of F.S.A. § 120.26.

Moorman v. Dempsey R. Sapp, 195 So. 2d 872 (Fla. 4th DCA 1967)…an operator of a lawn and ornamental pest control business. Previously, the commission denied petitioner a license without a hearing. This court ordered that the petitioner be granted a hearing before the commission. Moorman v. Sapp, Fla.App. 1966, 185 So. 2d 507.
