KEY v. Louie L. Wainwright, 440 F.2d 988 (5th Cir. 1971)…thorities had denied him treatment. After being recaptured he was convicted upon trial by jury of escape and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment to run consecutive to his robbery sentences. A direct appeal was quashed. Key v.
