PER CURIAM.
This case at first gave us pause, attributed in no little part to the persuasiveness of appellant’s arguments. Notwithstanding, however, we have concluded that appellant has failed clearly to make reversible error appear. Accordingly, the order appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.
