It is the exercise of police power that distinguishes this case from Cirou v. Basier, 432 So. 2d 628 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983) and McWain v. Greyhound Lines, Inc., 357 So. 2d 780 (Fla. 3d DCA 1978), relied on by appellant.
