In my opinion appellee was entitled to an award of attorney’s fees based upon ease law from this court. Rey v. Rey, 598 So. 2d 141, 146 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992); Purdy v. Purdy, 595 So. 2d 175 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992). In all other respects I concur.
