Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM.
Raymond Smith challenges the trial court’s order denying his petition for change of name. We affirm the court’s denial of the petition without prejudice to file a petition that complies with the requirements of section 68.07, Florida Statutes (Supp.1994). See Barton v. Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, 659 So. 2d 1262 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995).
