Opinion of the Court
Frank Guzman appeals the revocation of his probation. We affirm the revocation and sentence without further discussion. However, we strike the portion of the amended revocation order finding a violation of condition (25). The record reflects that the State withdrew the amended affidavit that alleged a violation of condition (25). The trial court revoked Mr. Guzman’s probation based solely on violation of condition (8).
Affirmed.
