Davis v. Smith, 227 So. 2d 342 (Fla. 4th DCA 1969)…all of these cases held that there was no constitutional right to trial by jury in the municipal courts. Neither do we see any conflict with Hilliard v. City of Gainesville, Fla.1968, 213 So. 2d 689 or City of Gainesville v. Hilliard, Fla.
